Due to the nature of our business, we assess our organization to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our supply chains are carefully curated, and we procure goods and services from a select range of UK and overseas suppliers, primarily through UK government frameworks.

4. Policies in Relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015

5. We are committed to embedding the principles through:

Providing awareness training to staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and informing them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.


Ensuring staff involved in procurement activities are aware of and follow modern slavery procurement guidance on GOV.UK.


Adding consideration of modern slavery risks and prevention to UKISS Consultancy LTD's policy review process as an employer and procurer of goods and services.


Ensuring that UKISS Consultancy LTD and UK SBS procurement strategies and contract terms and conditions include references to modern slavery and human trafficking.


Taking continuous action to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery.
 

Providing training on modern slavery and ethical employment practices to staff involved in buying or procurement and the recruitment and deployment of workers.


This Modern Slavery Act 2015 Policy will undergo periodic reviews and updates as necessary. All employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this Policy and complying with its provisions. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
